The Rio range of executive desks stands out as a dynamic and eye-catching offering, thanks to a variety of available melamine finishes and the combination of a wide range of coloured glass worktops with the elegance of distinctive metal desk structures.
- 25 mm thick melamine tops, with a decorative sheet on both sides of the top. Particle board, density 710 Kg/m3 covered with a decorative wood finish sheet. Both sides of the top treated against reflection. Desk tops are PEFCTM compliant guaranteeing the wood is sourced from sustainably managed forests, and they are made from M3 certified fire resistant panels (combustible, moderately flammable) compliant with NF EN 13501-1. They are also certified E1 (control of formaldehyde emissions) and have an emission of 6.5 mg HCNO/100 mg compliant with the standard NF EN 717-2.Inlayed melamine top, resting on the cross-beams. The top is fixed to the structure by means of metal screws and inserts. 2 mm thick ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) resistant contour edging, rounded at the top and bottom for increased user comfort, in a finish matching the top.
- Glass tops made from 8 mm thick toughened glass, flattened and polished joints. Glass top is enamelled on the underside.Glass top rests on plots with suction caps : circular metal frame ø 30 mm, H. 15 mm fixed to the frame by means of screws. Translucid suction cap ø 30 mm positioned on top of the frame.
- Frame comprises two metal tubular cross-beams, cross-section 60 x 30 mm, 2 mm thick.
- Fixed bridge-shaped metal legs, tubular legs of cross-section 60 x 30 mm, fitted with rectangular ABS end caps in a finish matching the legs.
- Stabilizer feet, adjustable through 15 mm.
- Optional metal modesty panel fixed by means of metal screws and inserts to the underside of the melamine tops or linked to the metal cross-beam of cross-section 30 x 30 mm attached to the legs for the glass top desks. Modesty panel set back by 162 mm in comparison to the edge of the melamine top, and 185 mm compared to the edge of the glass top.
