How much is the delivery charge?
Delivery is 10% of the order value.
How long will it take to get my item delivered?
Depending on the item and stock availability, delivery is normally 3-10 working days for stocked items and items which are made-to-order can take up to 21 days.
Can I get it delivered the next day?
Yes, depending upon the item, there would be an additional charge for the next day delivery. Contact us directly for costs.
Can you provide an installation/assembly service?
Yes, depending upon your location and the product we can offer these services at an additional cost. Contact us direct for costs.
Can you tell me more about the delivery service?
Most of our products are delivered by couriers, therefore we offer a ground floor tail-gate delivery service only. The majority of our chairs are delivered by Business Post and take 3-5 working days. All of the larger furniture items are delivered by courier companies who will telephone customers direct to arrange delivery and this takes from 7-10 working days, again this is delivered to ground floor only. If you require the furniture to be delivered above ground floor, please contact us direct for more information. Contact us direct for large orders.
The delivery charge of 10% and VAT will be added to your item once you have proceeded to the check-out stage.
How can I pay for my items?
We offer online payment via Credit/Debit Card Payments and Paypal or you can pay by credit/debit cards over the phone.
Do you have a brochure?
Yes, if you send us full details of your requirements we can send out the relevant brochures.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes, depending upon the products we have showrooms in Milton Keynes. Contact us direct for more details.
What is Enviro Leather?
We have enhanced our ability to make a positive impact on the environment by introducing the 'Enviro-Leather' range of bonded leather chairs. Enviro-Leather is made by bonding tannery leather fibres which would otherwise go into landfills. We use processes to create high quality products using environmentally friendly recycled content. Genuine leather cuttings from factories and tanneries are recycled to make an environmentally friendly material. It is manufactured with specific properties which make it look, feel and even smell like leather. Another benefit of 'Enviro-Leather' is it is more durable and hard wearing than natural leather and also more cost effective.

We can deliver anywhere on the UK Mainland and for an additional charge we can deliver to UK non-Mainland. Please contact us for prices.

Is there a warranty/guarantee on the goods?
Yes, all our products come with manufacturers guarantee, depending on the product ranging from 12 month to 10 years.
Do you "price match"?
Here at Plan-It Interiors Ltd, we believe our office furniture online prices to be some of the lowest in the UK, and we do our best to keep them this way. If you find any of our furniture online cheaper elsewhere, simply give us a call and we will do our absolute best to beat it.
Requirements for price match comparison:
- The two items must be identical;
- The price must be inclusive of delivery and any additional charges for example, VAT;
- The item must be brand new and not reconditioned, end of line or returned stock;
- This must be the normal price of the item , for example the item it is not in a sale or on special offer;
- You must provide sufficient information to enable us to verify the price ourselves e.g. website address;
- The alternative item must currently be available;
- Price promise only applies to goods available in the UK.
